Challenger Escapes is the UK’s most interactive portable escape room that brings the hugely popular escape room concept to locations near to you! Our escape game ‘HEIST!’ is sure to give you an adventurous and immersive experience you won’t forget. Can you take on the challenge?
An escape room is a physical adventure game which will test your teams’ teamwork and problem solving. In our HEIST! Scenario you’ll battle our challenges and the clock to try and solve Agent X’s final puzzle and escape with the plans.
Challenger Escapes is designed for teams of 3-6 players. For groups larger than 6 you can either book numerous timeslots or get in touch via our contact us page to discuss block bookings.
Our HEIST! Experience lasts for one hour, please arrive ten minutes before your booking to receive the brief!
No they’re not! There are no frightening elements to our scenario, nor are there any startling features that may cause distress. Challenger Escapes is a family friendly organisation.
You may wear any clothing that you feel comfortable in.
Yes! Our event organiser will be situated in the control tent and you may store any items you need to here. However, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged or stolen items and who knows, there may even be a coat stand in the room!
Pop-Up: Go to our Pop-Up page and use the calendar feature to select the event location, date, and time slot you wish to play.
All game types have a maximum of 6 players per game. If you have a larger group you can either split your players up and make numerous bookings via the booking feature on our Pop-Up page, or get in touch via our Contact Us page.
Please double-check all the details you have entered are correct before proceeding to the checkout stage of your booking process.
Upon a successful checkout and payment you will receive a booking conformation email containing all the relevant details of your booking, including directions to the Challenger Escapes’ pop-up location.
Corporate and Events: Go to our Corporate and Events page and fill out the submission form briefly outlining the nature of your event. We will then be in touch to discuss your booking!
No. Stripe is our default, secure, payment gateway provider. You can checkout safely using any debit/credit card. If you have any problems get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and a member of our team will be in touch.
Do not worry! As soon as you realise an error has been made then get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and a member of our team will be in touch to advise you on amending the error.
Be aware that bookings are non-refundable although we will always endeavour to move your booking.
After a successful checkout and payment has been made, you will receive a conformation email containing all the relevant details of your booking.
If you have not received a booking conformation email from us within 30 minutes of your completed checkout, please check your spam folder.
If your booking confirmation email is still missing then get in touch with the details of your booking and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Yes of course! Providing you have not exceeded the 6-player limit per booking we would love to accommodate extra players. Simply bring them and pay for the extra player on the day.
If you wish to reserve a timeslot without completing a booking please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
We advise that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time.
In order for Challenger Escapes to operate efficiently and on time for all its customers, any customer delays that are longer than 10 minutes after the stated time on your booking will result in your game time being reduced. Any customer delays of 30 minutes or more will result in your booking being cancelled. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
If on the day of your booking you are running late on or can no longer attend, please get in touch via the details on your confirmation email.
If prior to the day of your booking you wish to reschedule please get in touch via our Contact Us page and a member of our team will contact you to advise on amending the booking where possible.
Where possible we will always try and accommodate your new timing, however be aware all bookings are non-refundable.
