11.00am - 11.25am - Sling Swing

Sling Swing is an exciting, gentle movement and dance class for mums and dads with their babies and toddlers in soft structured slings and baby carriers. Today we will be performing a few of our favourite routines we learned in class.

11.45am - 12.05pm - Stageskool Theatre Arts

Stageskool Theatre Arts offers professional tuition for ages 3-24 in drama singing and acting, in a fun, friendly and secure environment developing self-esteem, confidence and teamwork. We take part in community events, stage our own shows, offer LAMDA classes and opportunities to perform nationally. Free trial available.

12.15pm - 12.35pm - Tinku Gosh

Tinku Ghosh is a multi-talented Indian performer. Her performance today will include Bangla and Bollywood songs and dances and the playing of the Tabla.  

12.50pm – 1.20pm - Cantado FVC Choir

Cantando FVC Choir formed in 2012. This all female contemporary choir rehearse at The Jolly Sailor in Southsea where they perform on a regular basis.

Over the past few years Cantando have performed on several occasions with G4, Vox Fortura, Blake and Rumours of Fleetwood. They perform at pubs and functions around the South and are pleased to be asked back to sing at Fratton Family Festival.

1.40pm - 2.00pm - Capoeira

Capoeira - martial arts fun for all! If you’re looking for something fun and different to do, try Capoeira – a combination of martial arts, acrobatics and music. It’s a great way to keep fit, improve your strength and build self-confidence. Kids and adult classes available on Mondays, The Portsmouth Academy, Fratton.

2.20pm - 2.50pm - Black Hat

The Zookeeper Mystery is a half hour performance for young children, their families and friends. The zookeeper is beside himself with worry - all the animals have disappeared and he doesn't know where they are! Help the Zookeeper and his sidekick uncover the mystery of the missing animals and save the zoo! 

3.10pm - 3.30pm - Kyra Jayne School of Dance

Kyra Jayne’s school of dance was established in 2016 and is based in the Fratton and the Waterlooville area. It is a friendly school offering classes in a range of different styles such as Disco Freestyle, Rock n Roll and Commercial. It caters for children as young as 18 months and adults of all abilities.

3.50pm - 4.10pm - Phoenix School of Dance

PHOENIX school of dance is based at Fratton Community Centre round the corner. They offer classes for all ages in Disco/Freestyle, Street Dance, Ballet, Acro and Stretching. They are a competition based dance school but also offer exams and an annual show.
