Here's a little something to note for each of the elements of the morning

EVENT INFORMATION

IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ

Parking can be horrible so please arrive early to ensure you can find a spot in good time.

We advise parking along the sea front as permit restrictions operate in the local area. There are lots of spaces within short walking distance. 


The event starts at 10am. We advise you aim to arrive 15 minutes early as doors will close at 10:10. Any later arrivals after this time will not be admitted. Due to the nature of the event the container needs to be energetically sealed to allow everyone to drop into meditation without disruption
 

Please bring a Yoga Mat (If you have one), water, a blanket and an eye mask or scarf for the gong bath



The restaurant will be open after this event should anyone wish to purchase any additional food or drinks for refuelling
