All bookings are non refundable, unless an appointment can't be arranged within 3 months. If an appointment is cancelled by the client or the appointment is not met; this is down to the Mediums descretion whether to proceed with another appointment / booking. Each booking must not exceed the amount of person(s). Please ensure you have a good signal / connection before (if via video or call) and you are in a quiet enviroment. Aged 16 and over.
